New Berlin, WI - (August 9, 2011) - Back by popular demand - Life at Table Mountain's 2010 award-winning bull elk episode returns this week for an encore performance on Sportsman Channel, the leaders in outdoor TV for the American sportsman. On Wednesday, August 10 at 7:30 ET., join Scott and Angie Denny as they bring you a real-world glimpse into "Life at Table Mountain", as they guide hunter David Rogers on an unforgettable archery bull elk hunt. Viewers will feel the adrenaline rush as Scott, Angie and David close the deal on the hunt of a lifetime.
This episode won Best Big Game Hunt Clip at the 2010 Sportsman Choice Awards. All Sportsman Choice Awards are nominated and ultimately selected by viewers.
This unforgettable episode took place during the September archery elk season on a private ranch in southeast Wyoming. In the process of their hunt, the group heard two bull elk fighting, which allowed the opportunity for Scott and Angie to stalk their hunter to within 10 yards of two rut-crazed 6X6 bull elk! With dirt being kicked up and tree branches broken, there simply was no clean shot. After several heart-pounding minutes with the bulls only focused on each other, a clear shot finally presents itself and David makes the most of this opportunity with a perfect shot.
This hunt is truly remarkable, as viewers will once again feel the electricity and excitement from Scott and Angie as they lead David to a hunt a lifetime. Scott and Angie not only help him harvest a trophy bull, but they also "beat the clock," by succeeding in guiding another hunter to success with only two hours remaining in the hunt. This is "Life at Table Mountain!"
